Privacy notice on the processing of personal data

Fondazione Carispezia (hereinafter briefly referred to as the “Fondazione”), Fondazione Eventi e Iniziative Sociali s.r.l. (hereinafter briefly referred to as “FEIS”) and Cooperativa ZOE (hereinafter briefly referred to as “ZOE”) are joint controllers of the information and personal data provided by the students participating in this Call, within the scope of the duties, functions and responsibilities respectively assigned to each of them, and process such data also by electronic or otherwise automated means, or by other means, in primary compliance with the principles set out in Articles 5 and 6 of EU Regulation 679/2016.

We inform you that the data provided by you or acquired from third parties in relation to your participation in this Call will be processed for the management of the selection and allocation process of bed places at Palazzo del Ghiaccio Student House, as described in the subject of this Call.

We also inform you that the joint controllers may use, where provided by the user through the completed form, “sensitive” data, to the extent that the processing is strictly functional or instrumental to the specific purpose of managing requests.

The processing of the data provided by you will take place for the duration of the selection phase, using paper and electronic tools.

The aforementioned data will be stored, for 12 months from the award of the Call, in the archives of the joint controllers and processed lawfully and fairly – in compliance with security and confidentiality obligations – by internal staff, by the members of the Evaluation Committee and by the parties responsible for deciding on the requests received, as well as by external collaborators of each organization of the joint controllers – each identified as Data Processors – who carry out operations or activities connected, instrumental, functional and/or supportive to those of the joint controllers or who provide them with specific services in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations.

Your data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

The provision of the above-mentioned data is essential for the pursuit of the purposes referred to above. Any refusal to provide the data and information requested for participation in the Call will make it impossible to consider the application submitted.

We inform you that, as a data subject in relation to the processing of your data, you may exercise at any time the rights provided for under Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
