NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter GDPR) and Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003
Fondazione Carispezia (hereinafter “Foundation”), Fondazione Eventi e Iniziative Sociali s.r.l. (hereinafter “FEIS”) and Cooperativa ZOE (hereinafter “ZOE”) are joint controllers of the processing of the information and personal data provided by students participating in this Call, within the scope of the powers, functions and responsibilities respectively assigned to each of them, and they also process such data by electronic or automated means, or by other means, in primary compliance with the principles set out in Articles 5 and 6 of EU Regulation 679/2016. We inform you that the data provided by you, or obtained from third parties in relation to your participation in this Call, will be processed for the management of the selection process and the assignment of accommodation places at Palazzo del Ghiaccio Student House, in accordance with the subject matter of this Call. We also inform you that the joint controllers may use, where provided by the user through the completed form, “special” data, to the extent that such processing is strictly functional or instrumental to the specific purpose of managing the requests. The processing of the data provided by you will take place for the duration of the selection phase, by means of paper and electronic tools. The above data will be stored for 12 months from the awarding of the call, in the archives of the joint controllers and processed lawfully and fairly — in compliance with security and confidentiality obligations — by internal staff, members of the Evaluation Committee and persons responsible for making decisions on the requests received, as well as by external collaborators of each joint controller organization — each appointed as Data Processors — who carry out operations or activities connected, instrumental, functional and/or supportive to those of the joint controllers or who provide them with specific services in order to comply with contractual or legal obligations. Your data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU. The provision of the above data is essential for pursuing the purposes indicated above. Any refusal to provide the data and information required for participation in the call will make it impossible to consider the submitted application. We inform you that, as a data subject, you may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 at any time. These rights may be exercised by sending written communication to one or each Data Controller, using the following addresses:
